ALCHE Policies - African Leadership College of Higher Education

At the African Leadership College of Higher Education (ALCHE), we provide higher education with a purpose. Our students declare missions, not majors, and develop the real-world skills needed to tackle global challenges. From day one, they take ownership of their learning through our peer and student-led approach, empowered by ALCHE’s limitless opportunities.
Our innovative curriculum emphasizes leadership, flexibility, and experiential learning, preparing students to lead and shape the future. Supported by a world-class faculty and access to a global network, our students are creating a ripple of positive impact across Africa and beyond. Join us.
